# How to Enable Marketplace

Captivate Marketplace enables you to work directly with advertisers, to offer ad slots on your show’s episodes. Follow the simple steps below to get started.

***Note:*** *you’ll need to have connected and enabled Stripe and upgraded to Campaign Management first - if you haven’t already done this, you can set Stipe up* [*here*](https://help.captivate.fm/en/article/how-to-create-a-new-stripe-account-or-connect-an-existing-one-13y8mq3/) *and upgrade to Campaign Management* [*here*](https://help.captivate.fm/en/article/how-to-convert-amie-to-campaign-management-15rlbgv/)*. Captivate Marketplace is a beta release initially in the US, with more countries to follow in due course.*

* log in to your Captivate dashboard
* click Captivate Marketplace in the left-hand menu, under Monetization
* check the Marketplace overview, and then click Enable Captivate Marketplace
* review the information on the fly-out, and then check that you have read, understood, and agree to the Marketplace terms and conditions
* toggle the checkbox to checked, and then click Yes
On the next screen, toggle Marketplace opt-in to Enabled, complete your audience avatar, and click Save Analytics Summary.

That’s it - you’re now enabled for the Marketplace and advertisers to find you and request ads to be placed on your podcast!
