# How to Use Captivate's Bulk Slot Manager Editor Tool

Captivate provides you with not one, but four bulk editing tools making it super easy to manage your pre, post and mid-roll content across you entire podcast back library!

Captivate's Bulk Slot Manager tool allows you to easily add, replace and delete all mid roll content across your entire episode library, all at once!

_Note: in order to keep our servers running optimally, we’ve put a limit of 3 bulk edits per day. This resets after midnight._

**To bulk add mid-roll content slots to your episodes**

* Login to your Captivate dashboard.
* Click _Bulk Ad Editor_ from the left hand menu under the _AMIE_ header.
* Select the _Bulk Slot Manager_ tab.
* Select the time slot where you want to insert your mid-roll content for each of your episodes.
* Click _Select Content_ and search for the content you want to insert (up to three pieces).
* Once selected, click _Add to Episode_ to insert your selected content in that time slot.
* The slot will turn blue and details of the time stamp will be added underneath the episode.
* Repeat for each episode you want to update.
* Click _Save & Process,_ and then Confirm in the pop-up box.

AMIE will now process your dynamic content and your episodes will be updated once processing has completed 👍

As your podcast grows, you may find that you take on new sponsors, or content maybe becomes dated and needs to be replaced. Of course, we've made that nice and simple to do.

**To bulk replace mid-roll content slots in your episodes:**

* Login to your Captivate dashboard.
* Click _Bulk Ad Editor_ from the left hand menu under the _AMIE_ header.
* Select the _Bulk Slot Manager_ tab.
* Under each episode, select the check box for the mid-roll content you want to replace.
* Click _Replace Ad._
* Search for the mid-roll content you want to replace it with, or select from the files in the pop-up box.
* Once chosen, click _Replace Ads._
* Repeat for other slots you wish to replace.
* Click _Save & Process._
* Confirm that you wish to make the changes in the pop up box.

From time to time, you may need to remove the mid-roll content you have in your episodes. Well, we've also made that super easy to do too!

**To bulk remove mid-roll content slots from your episodes:**

* Login to your Captivate dashboard.
* Click _Bulk Editor_ from the left hand menu under the _AMIE_ header.
* Select the _Bulk Slot Manager_ tab.
* Under each episode, select the check box for the mid-roll content you want to remove.
* Click _Delete Selected Slot,_ then click OK in the pop-up box.
* Repeat for other slots you wish to replace.
* Click _Save & Process._
* Confirm that you wish to make the changes.
