How do I change my Captivate password?

Changing your Captivate password is nice and easy once you're logged in.

To change your password:

• Log in to your Captivate dashboard.
• Click on your name, in the top right hand corner of the dashboard.
• Click My Account from the drop down menu.
• Click Password on the left hand side menu.
• Enter your current password.
• Enter your new password.

Remember, passwords must:

• Be 8-20 characters long
• Contain at least 1 uppercase letter
• Contain at least 1 lowercase letter
• Include at least 1 number
• Not contain any spaces or emojis

• Confirm your new password.
• Click Save Changes.
