Changing your Captivate password is nice and easy once you're logged in.
To change your password:
Log in to your Captivate dashboard.
Click on your name, in the top right hand corner of the dashboard.
Click My Account from the drop down menu.
Click Password on the left hand side menu.
Enter your current password.
Enter your new password.
Remember, passwords must:
Be 8-20 characters long
Contain at least 1 uppercase letter
Contain at least 1 lowercase letter
Include at least 1 number
Not contain any spaces or emojis
Confirm your new password.
Click Save Changes.
