We're always optimizing our support hours in response to what you, the podcaster, needs. You're the most important part of what we do :)

Unlike many other podcast hosting companies, we don't just offer 9-5 Eastern support hours Monday-Friday. Our team covers multiple timezones which means someone is always there to help.

Our current support hours are:

Monday to Friday

Our team is available 24/7, with an average reply time of two hours or less.

Saturday & Sunday

The team is always around but support hours are reduced during the weekend. However, you can usually expect to receive a reply within 24 hours or less, unless support is busier than usual.

Private Facebook group

As a Captivate customer, you also have access to our private Facebook group, where you can connect with members of the team as well as podcasters just like you. Sometimes your question can be answered there by podcasters who've been where you are now!

We're always optimizing what we do so keep an eye on this for any changes, and of course if you're a Captivate podcaster, we'll let you know of any. :)
