We're always optimizing our support hours in response to what you, the podcaster, needs. You're the most important part of what we do :)
Unlike most other podcast hosting companies, we don't just offer 9-5 Eastern support hours. Being based in the UK with a North America based team too, we're fortunate to be able to do more than that!
Right now, our support hours are:
Monday to Friday
8:30am - 4:30pm UK time
9.00am - 5:00pm Eastern Time
6:00pm - 8:00pm Pacific Time
10:00pm - 11:pm Pacific Time
12:00am - 01:00am Pacific Time
Saturday & Sunday
We're always around but don't work standard support hours during the weekend. Whilst it's highly likely you'll get a reply, the worst case is you'll receive one first-thing Monday morning.
Private Facebook group
As a Captivate customer, you also have access to our private Facebook group, where you can connect with members of the team as well as podcasters just like you. Sometimes your question can be answered there by podcasters who've been where you are now!
