How to Use A Third-Party Tracking Code with Your Podcast

Whilst Captivate's podcast analytics are industry-leading, IAB Tech Lab Certified and pretty bad ass, we understand that you might want to use a service such as Chartable or Podtrac - well, we make that nice and easy for you, and here's how:

From your Captivate dashboard click Podcast Settings*
Scroll down the page to Third-party prefixes*
Paste your URL prefix here from services such as Chartable, Podcorn or Podtrac.



_Note:_ Be aware that you are responsible for this format being correct and that your RSS feed may experience issues if you don't paste in correctly. You can add multiple prefixes, if you like.
