How to update a team member’s role, and delete them from a podcast

Captivate’s awesome Team feature allows you to not only create and manage a team for your show, but also assign dedicated user permissions as well as what show(s) that team member should be part of.


You can easily update team member permissions, as well as remove them from your show when they're no longer part of it.



How to edit a team member’s role


  • Log into your Captivate dashboard and click on Team in the left hand menu
  • Click the dropdown arrow next to the team member you wish to edit
  • Use the Role dropdown to select their new permissions
  • Click Update Team Member Role


And that's it! You've successfully edited your team member's roles! 👍


How to delete a team member


If you ever need to remove a team member from a show, this is also easy to do.


  • Log into your Captivate dashboard and click on Team in the left hand menu
  • Click the dropdown arrow next to the team member you wish to edit
  • Click the Delete icon


Your team member has now been removed, including all the permissions, etc, that had been set up for them.
