A podcast network is great for growing your brand and cross-promoting podcasts with other shows. Thanks to Captivate, creating a podcast network is super simple, no matter what plan you're on!

To get started:

  • Head to the Network section in the left navigation menu of your Captivate account.

  • Click Create Network.

From here, you have the option to add your team members and podcasts to your network, or you can click Save and Update Network if you're not quite ready and add them later.

How to Add Podcasts to your Network

Choose which podcasts on your account you wish to add to your new podcast network by simply dragging and dropping the podcasts from My Podcasts to the Podcasts in this network column.

Add Team Members

Add or invite existing team members to your network and assign them permissions for the podcasts you have just added to your new podcast network.

  • Enter the name and email address of the person you want to add to your team or select from your existing podcast team members.

  • Click Add User.

  • Select the permissions that you want your team member to access.

  • Select the podcasts that you want to apply the permission to.

  • Click Save and Update Network.

Note: An email invitation to join your podcast team will then be sent. Your new team member will then be prompted to create a free Captivate account and then be able to access your show and the specific features you have granted them access to.

That's it! You have successfully created, added your networked podcasts and assigned team members and permissions to your new podcast network. 🎉
