With our great Guest Booking feature, make it super easy for your guests to book a podcast interview with you using your own unique guest booking link!

Once enabled, share your unique booking link with your guests and take them to your very own booking page, giving them the flexibility to book a time that works for them, and you. 😎

Note: Before sharing your unique booking link head on over to Availability to set your preferences.

To enable your unique podcast guest booking link:

  • Login to your Captivate dashboard.

  • Click Booking Settings from the left hand menu under the Guest Booking header.

  • Click the toggle switch to enable your unique guest booking link.

The following options will then become available to you:

  • Booking Link: This is your very own unique booking link ready to share with your podcast guests. Simply click Copy to add the link to your clipboard ready to send to your guests.

  • Form Options: Pick what optional information you’d like your guests to provide when using your booking page including Guest Biography, Guest Profile Image and media and social links.

  • Booking Page Information: This is ideal for sharing details about the format, how to use the booking calendar, follow-up communication, etc.

  • Interview Information: Add any details your guest needs to be aware of before the interview that will be included in their booking e.g. format of the interview.

  • Default Interview Link: If you're using a third-party integration, such as Squadcast, this will be replaced by the actual recording link.

  • Click Save Changes.

That's it! Your unique booking link is now ready for you to share with you podcast guests! 👍
